A Georgia native, Kelli Fields has an extensive background in client and business relations. As Chief Executive Officer of The Stowe Group Kelli's main focus is team growth, client relations and business development. Kelli joined Troy Stowe in 2019 as Director of Operations and quickly grew to a leader in her position. With 17 years experience in the customer relations field, she understands the importance of creating an enjoyable experience for the client from the first meeting.
From leading the team and operations management, to being involved in every aspect of the business, Kelli prides herself on creating an innovation team dynamic. With her cumulative experience in different industries Kelli offers a unique perspective on many aspects of the day to day business. Kelli's top priority with every interaction is that each individual has an enjoyable experience on the client, agent and co-oping side. She has built an effective system that ensures the team's attention to every detail for clients and partners. In 2022, as Director of Operations, Kelli led The Stowe Group to a miraculous year in sales when they closed out a record of $49 million.
When away from the office Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She enjoys experiencing all the great food Atlanta and surrounding areas offer. Kelli has a passion for advocating for animal welfare and supports Friends to the Forlorn Pitbull Rescue. Additionally, she volunteers in her local community. Kelli attends West Ridge Church with her family.
